The Happy Farmer Kitchen Composter is a unique in-house composting system used to recycle kitchen waste into an organic soil conditioner. The most effective method of fermenting is through anaerobic (without oxygen) fermentation. The Happy Farmer Bokashi Fermentation Kitchen Composter can be easily implemented in an indoor environment making it useful for apartment, school, household, restaurant, business or wilderness use.
Simply cut food into small pieces and place into the Happy Farmer Kitchen Composter. Then add Bokashi compost starter and secure the airtight lid. When the composter is full, let it sit, unopened for two weeks and ferment. Then mix the fermented food waste with soil and let it compost for another two weeks. In just one month you will have a nutritious plant food that is also rich in beneficial microorganisms. Each composter comes with easy to follow instructions.
